Refund policy

It is our policy to keep our practices ethical, and we encourage others to do the same. Therefore, we will not accept returns on opened products unless you contact us with a clear and reasonable explanation, which we directly approve.

You must contact us about a return within 30-days of receipt of your order. If there are extenuating circumstances, we will consider an extension.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, opened or unopened, unless you contact us with a reasonable explanation, which we directly approve; and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product intact.

Please note, there is no refund for original shipping costs, and you are responsible for return shipping expenses and any applicable insurance – unless extenuating circumstances prompt us to directly approve an exception to this policy. If your order originally shipped with free or discounted shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your product refund if your adjusted order total falls below that free shipping or flat rate shipping threshold.

If your order shipped internationally, please understand that we are unable to refund your original shipping payment if the order is returned to us. In such a case, your funds are already used to ship the product to the destination country and Compassion Circle has to pay for return shipping.
