Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING

In the USA, we offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $75 and Flat Rate $8 Shipping for orders between $50-$74.99. Our free shipping and flat rate orders will ship with either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the most economical option. 

Please contact us immediately if you’ve chosen the wrong shipping method, entered an incorrect address, or want to cancel an order. We do not pay for shipping on returns and making changes to your order is beyond our control if the fulfillment house has already processed/shipped an order. 

Orders typically ship within 48-hours.

We are USA based, shipping from Tempe, AZ. 

International Customers:

We ship from the USA.

(1) Shipping is unavailable to many countries including: Australia, France, Germany, India, Israel, Mexico, Spain, Russia, New Zealand, most of Central and South America, and much of Europe. Additional countries may be added as we run into issues with customs or exorbitant import duties. You may reach out if your country is not listed here and you are not able to checkout. 

(2) Canadian customs often requires customers to hire customs brokers to import products; this incurs additional costs on the receiving end. Customs duties are also charged. To avoid these costs, and order within Canada, contact Vecado.ca.

(3) We offer product refunds for orders that are returned sealed, but cannot refund the original international shipping cost. This includes the shipping cost for any international order returned by customs. Please contact a customs agent or broker in your country to find out the requirements for importing pet supplements (Harmonization Code 230990) before placing your order.

For those of you in Europe:

We regret that many of our former European resellers are no longer stocking our supplements. We invite European customers to contact VegaVriend in The Netherlands to place orders. Shipping to the UK and Germany is reasonable and customs should not be a problem. You can email VegaVriend or visit their website: https://www.vegavriend.nl/

RETURNS

It is our policy to keep our practices ethical, and we encourage others to do the same. Therefore, we will not accept returns on opened products unless you contact us with a clear and reasonable explanation, which we directly approve.

You must contact us about a return within 30-days of receipt of your order. If there are extenuating circumstances, we will consider an extension.

There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns, opened or unopened, unless you contact us with a reasonable explanation, which we directly approve; and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned product intact.

Please note, there is no refund for original shipping costs, and you are responsible for return shipping expenses and any applicable insurance – unless extenuating circumstances prompt us to directly approve an exception to this policy. If your order originally shipped with free or discounted shipping, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your product refund if your adjusted order total falls below that free shipping or flat rate shipping threshold.
