Domestic Shipping (USA Customers):

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50 [Contiguous USA Only]. The orders ship with FedEx SmartPost. Orders that weigh over 10 lbs. will occasionally default to FedEx Ground. Please be certain you choose free shipping at checkout, after you’ve entered your shipping address.

Unfortunately, FedEx SmartPost transit times to rural areas and much of the Eastern USA can be very lengthy; in many cases, up to 12-14 days. Please order in advance or choose paid shipping.

We do our best to accommodate shipping changes after orders are placed. Please contact us immediately if you’ve chosen the wrong shipping method, entered an incorrect address, or want to cancel an order. We do not pay for shipping on returns and making changes is beyond our control if the fulfillment house has already processed/shipped an order. 

For much of the year, orders ship within 48-hours of being placed (weekends excluded). From late October thorough January, our fulfillment house is unusually busy with their peak season. It is not uncommon for orders to take 3-business days to ship during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and do our best to pressure the fulfillment house to ship in a timely manner.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska: Shipping addresses in Hawaii and Alaska are often not given shipping options in our cart. This a glitch that happens, seemingly, because we cannot offer free shipping to these locations. Most orders will fit in a USPS Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box for $14.35 and those that don’t will likely ship in a Large Flat Rate Box for $19.95. The USPS Priority Mail transit time is 3-days. We are happy to take your order over the phone or via email and make shipping arrangements.

International Customers:

(1) Shipping is unavailable to Australia*, Brazil, France, India, Mexico, Spain, Russia, and New Zealand.

* To order in Australia, please contact VPets.com.

(2) Canadian customs often requires customers to hire customs brokers to import products; this incurs additional costs on the receiving end. Customs duties are also charged. To avoid these costs, and order within Canada, contact Vecado.ca.

(3) We offer product refunds for orders that are returned sealed, but cannot refund the original shipping cost. This includes the shipping cost for any international order returned by customs. Please contact a customs agent or broker in your country to find out the requirements for importing pet supplements (Harmonization Code 230990) before placing your order.

For those of you in Europe:

We regret that many of our former European resellers are no longer stocking our supplements after supply issues in 2018. We invite European customers to contact VegaVriend in The Netherlands to place orders. Shipping to the UK and Germany is reasonable and customs should not be a problem.
